In these classes we will teach you the core techniques for practicing Stand Up Paddle and let you know the safety rules that allow you to enjoy a risk-free ride.
They can be private, if you want to evolve more and specifically in this practice, or in a group of friends.

SUP CLASSES
The initiation classes (baptism) are given on a level of calm waters. We will introduce you to the basic techniques for practicing Stand Up Paddle, such as paddling on your knees, standing position, paddling technique, turns and also the safety rules.
Baptism is a activity with a shorter duration. Held on a beach where the white sand and the varied shades of blue in the clear waters contrast with the shades of greenda Serra.
